The Burkesville Experiment

The Burkesville Experiment is a fictional story told in the first person by Mark Hirsch, a reporter for THE NEWS. Mr. Hirsch is sent to Burkesville to do a simple human interest story. Instead, Mr. Hirsch discovers the story of the century, well, maybe three centuries. It is the story of an effort to save humanity.
The Burkesville Experiment is science fiction. It is philosophy, both individual and corporate. It touches upon government, the environment, religion, and personal freedom. It is a love story. It even has a bicycle in it!
