The theme of the book is: You act out what you are. It is shown through the stories of the life of the various people, who consider their lives the quest for their place in the grand scheme of thing. I am a college student on the verge of graduating and thus, panicking about what to do next. I used to just look for whatever job that provides me with a decent earning to support myself but the book makes me look at my job search process in a whole new way. I'm off to find a job that is MEANINGFUL and MATCHES my unique skill set. And the book also taught me that I'll never know what's coming next in my life. If you're a spiritual person, I highly recommend this book.
