Yvonne made a mistake leaving Hathaway House and walking away from Dennis. Hugely comforting and caring man that he was, she had been so determined to move forward and to be someone independent that she couldn't see what he had to offer. Until it was too late.

Dennis could only love and let her go years ago. Now she's returned to Hathaway House-injured again, broken inside, emotionally devastated, and worn out from the hard fight she has endured over the last five years.
