After Tessa is caught in a deadly bombing, and a series of crimes target both their families, the FBI believes a threat from Arizona is coming. River is ordered to ensure Tessa's safety and the safety of everyone at the Search and Rescue training center his father started after he quit the force. When the attacks keep coming, these two will have to fight together for the future God has for them. Or see it all swept away.
