On the streets of Gotham there is a war. The conflict that began within the walls of the high-security hospital in Batman: Arkham Asylum and turned into a positional street war in "Batman: Arkham City" will end in an uncompromising confrontation, the outcome of which determines the future of Gotham. The fate of the entire city will hang in the balance when the Scarecrow joins the Knight Arkham - a completely new character in the famous universe - along with many well-known villains, including Harley Quinn, Penguin, Two-faced and Mysterious.
